Buyer understands and agrees that registering and bidding at an NETTE auction obligates that buyer to accept and pay for any and all lots hammered down to his/her bidder number as a result of him raising his card for the auctioneer.s attention. Discrepancies, re-auctioning and all disputes are settled at the auctioneer.s discretion after the sale is completed.

RULE #3. Attending bidders agree that all items purchased are to be paid for in full on the day of auction. New customer Personal checks must be cleared with the NETTE prior to auction day. Tax certificates have to be presented at the auctioneer.s discretion. Bidders can only use resale numbers registered to them or their company. Brokers must have their own tax number and accept the full responsibility for the conditions of the items they purchase.
